Can I use my existing bank account?

Yes. All lodgements are made directly into your existing bank account.

How quickly will I receive money into my account?

We provide two settlement options to suit your business and pricing requirements: next working day or three working days.

Do you provide support?

Yes. We provide a freephone helpdesk (including from mobiles), 7 days a week. If your terminal needs to be replaced, we will ship a replacement the same or next working day. If you need it, we will even come to your business to help.

Do you have any hidden fees?

No! PaymentPlus prides itself on providing the most transparent pricing and no hidden fees.

Do you support Cash Back and Gratuities?

Yes we support both and they can be turned on remotely by our terminal management system.

Can I take card payments over the phone?

Yes you can.

What happens if my terminal breaks?

You can contact our helpdesk to resolve the problem but if your terminal needs to be replaced, we will ship a replacement device the same or next working day.

Do you charge authorisation fees?

No we do not charge authorisation fees. We believe the rate we quote should be the rate you pay and do not hide fees, unlike some competitors.
